I am an efficient and confident Yoga Teacher experienced in training & teaching yoga. My experience and training has helped me develop my knowledge of yoga, it's importance and
how to make use of this system to have an effective Body, Mind and Soul connection for a life of good Health and Wellness and purpose. I am highly motivated and am continue learning and improving my knowledge and practice.

I look forward in training and teaching students in the right practice of yoga and not to commercialise it. My work is the 'Future of Yoga Globally' and have begun this journey from Chidambaram, the ancient of center of yogam where Citter Tirumular and Patanjali were.

Note that Citter Yogam and the Citter System is one of the oldest practice in the world, not known outside the Tamil Culture & Tradition the roots being the Tamil Heart Land.

Join me in this journey for those who sincerely want to journey in yoga and ones health & wellbeing in body, mind and spirit. Yoga is a spiritual practice and cannot be anything more.
