Hello! My name is Suman Upadhyaya and, I am currently studying Masters in Yogic science in Tribhuwan University, Nepal. With a passion for teaching, I specialize Yoga, Nepali and Sanskrit subject upto Bachelor`s level.
As a Yoga, Sanskrit, and Nepali guide, I help you connect deeply with both ancient traditions and modern practices. In yoga, I lead you through mindful movements, breathwork, and meditation, fostering a balanced and peaceful state of being. With Sanskrit, I guide you through its script and pronunciation, helping you explore its spiritual texts and philosophical insights. In Nepali, I teach you both the language and its cultural nuances, making it easier to connect with Nepal’s rich heritage. My approach is patient, personalized, and focused on your growth in mind, body, and spirit.
