My name is Monicadevi K G, and Bharatanatyam has been an integral part of my life for over 12 years. I am currently pursuing my Post Vidwath in Bharatanatyam under the esteemed guidance of Guru Padmaja Jayram, continuously honing my skills and deepening my understanding of this divine art form.

For the past four years, I have had the privilege of serving as a trainer at Natyakalarpana Nrutya Kendra, where I mentor 15-20 students who share my passion for Bharatanatyam. My students have not only excelled in their learning journey but have also successfully appeared for the Akhil Bharatiya Gandharva Mahavidyalay Mandal examinations, achieving remarkable results.

I have performed on numerous prestigious stages, delivering captivating performances that embody the grace, discipline, and cultural richness of Bharatanatyam. Each performance has been an opportunity to celebrate this ancient dance form and connect with audiences on a spiritual and emotional level.

As an educator, I am deeply committed to instilling in my students the values of dedication, discipline, and artistry. My teaching approach emphasizes both technical mastery and expressive storytelling, ensuring that each student grows not just as a dancer but also as a custodian of our cultural heritage.

My vision is to nurture the next generation of Bharatanatyam artists, inspiring them to explore their potential and contribute meaningfully to this timeless art form. I believe that Bharatanatyam is more than a dance; it is a journey of self-discovery, creativity, and connection to our roots.
