Python and RStudio are the programming languages where I code in. Topics that I discuss and teach are related to Bioinformatics, Data Science and Machine Learning. Based on you topics of interest, I will create a notebook for you to read at your own time. The class will be for 2 hours where we go through concepts, logic and of course code together. After class I will send an assignment/quiz. I will grade and give feedback. The class should give you a foundation to work with which will help you at work or class!

Fee details

    The class will be held for 2 hours, however there will be a one hour pre-reading assignment and post-class quiz which will test your understanding. I will grade the quiz and give the feedback afterwards via email.
