I've been a tutor for the past 6 years. I'm completely driven on the student success approach. I thoroughly believe in 1-1 approach. This gives me the best possible opportunity to work on the strength and areas to get better of the students. My thorough experience and practicality I've learnt in my experience as well as my current role in IAS mentorship and aspiration to become one will definitely help in connecting better with the student. Tutoring for me is not just working on the technical aspect of the subject with the student. I believe in deep diving into the strengths and weakness. Sometimes even undo the learnings and re work so as to create better learning mechanisms in order to set the student in right part to achieve heights in careers is the key.
