I observed my students .identifying their needs and responding with appropriate individualized guidence and instructions.My teaching is on activity based .Sensorial excersizes and Epl and worksheets.My students feel free and learn in their own way mostly from their class displays .conversation in English with fellows and Teacher..Morning circle time was also the main thing from which they were learning alot. Assembly they were enjoying alot and everybody was excited to sing and act with .phonics rhymes and sounds of Alphabets .As a coordinator it was my responsibility to train the teachers
