I employ a variety of teaching techniques, including lectures, group discussions, project-based learning, and problem-based learning. The topic matter, the audience, and the learning objectives all play a role in determining the ideal teaching strategy. In my opinion, the best strategy combines a variety of teaching techniques that accommodate various learning preferences and actively involve students. My goal is to create independent learners so I use a combination of different methods, known as blended learning which includes - Lecture-based teaching, Active learning, Flipped classroom, Experimental learning, Differentiated instructions & Technology-enhanced learning. This helps me approach my students effectively, according to their strengths and weaknesses. Ultimately, the best method is one that promotes active engagement, critical thinking, and meaningful learning experiences for students. I make the session not only interactive but also fun and make my students fall in love with their subjects instead of being afraid of it. At the end of the day, my students will definitely not only love the session but also feel comfortable with me and my teaching.
