I am part of knowledge transfer at Genpact. I used to train early joiners in their subject. My interest is to teach subject to students with practical day to day examples. So they understand quickly and not required additional trainings to start professional life. I will help them in homework and exams. Also, Guide them in their career based on their interest.

I wish students to take their career serious at this point of stage as it was the base for further studies. I will help them both practically and subject wise.
