In teaching my students, I use conversational and questioning methods in arousing their interest. I often pause after a few explanations to get my students rack their brains through one or two puzzles I give to them. This is to provoke critical thinking and further engagements, thereby fostering a complete comprehension. This has yielded results in their examinations (from elementary classes to secondary school assessments). Amidst igniting the passion for critical thinking amongst my students, I also encourage lots of exercises, as this helps practically in retention, and in having a full grasp of topics taught.
