Teaching is a collaborative effort, patience and openness to understanding are key. Not every way of comprehension is the same and there for teaching should be flexible and adaptive to cater for the individual need of each person. You hold responsibility for the ideas you're presenting and the message you're sharing. As diligently as I approach the concept of teaching it's also about having fun, getting to know your students and befriending them, be attentive to their needs and respond with kindness. Then the wonders of teaching will reveal themselves to you and you will learn something new.
