I am a Public Health specialist in Nepal. I have given more than 18 years to this field. I am teaching since last 12 years.
I believe is interactive sessions as I feel students needs monitoring and guidance. I believe students should be given the freedom to arise questions. I do give home based assignments but I don’t only check them rather I also go through the assignment in through and find out the point that needs more attention from my side. I treat students as a learner and same I think of myself also.
