Teaching style: Consistency, and Focusing on What to improve subsequent lessons. My goal for my students is progress.
Methodology: At the first stage, i find out my students way of learning first in order to cater to their needs. I record down what we complete every lesson to encourage them in the future and show them their progress as well.
I can be patient and stern with them depending on what is required of me.
I believe anyone can improve, as long as I am not the only one putting in the effort as a teacher, but I would expect to see effort from them as well.
