As an educator I believe that learning should be collaborative,interactive as well as enjoyable experience.my teaching style is flexible and adaptive. I use a variety of instructional strategies,including discussion, group work,hands-on activities.i employ a range of teaching methodologies, including test to know the capabilities if a student and field in which includes which I need to work to make students better. I believe that effective classroom management is essential for creating a conductive learning environment to achieve clear expectations and routines, encourage active participation and engagement
