My career began in 1990 when I was appointed as an Assistant Engineer in the Irrigation department Govt: of Balochistan. This role provided me with the foundational knowledge and hands-on experience needed to excel in my profession. During my tenure, I was responsible for supervising water management systems, ensuring the sustainability of resources, and overseeing the design and maintenance of irrigation infrastructure. Over the years, I demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellence, which led to my steady progression through various key positions. I worked on a variety of large-scale projects, including the construction and rehabilitation of canals, dams, and flood protection systems. Each project enriched my expertise in structural design, project planning, and resource allocation.

As I advanced in my career, I developed a deep understanding of hydraulics, soil mechanics, and project economics, which became instrumental in delivering successful outcomes.
