I am a self taught guitar player who is extremely passionate about music and guitar playing and loves to teach music. I have been learning and playing guitar for 9 years and I have 7 years of experience as a live performer and I have performed as a professional guitar player for many bands and in various events such as weddings, restaurant gigs, private parties, rock shows, music and art festivals, concerts and studio recordings and continue to so till date.

I am extremely passionate about Blues and Rock music and also play and perform various other musical genres such as Jazz, Funk, R&B, Soul, Pop, Bollywood and other Folk music. Along with my passion for performing guitar I am also very passionate about teaching guitar and have been teaching guitar for the past 2 years. I teach both acoustic and electric guitar to a wide variety of students ranging from beginners to students with advanced skill levels.

When it comes to teaching I bring to the table my experience in performance and I teach both music theory and technical skills of the instruments in a very functional and pragmatic manner and hope to enable my students to learn the guitar in a way that helps them perform and play in real world contexts and scenarios. I encourage and nudge my students to learn and play songs and genres that inspire them the most along with structured syllabi such as Trinity to provide them with a holistic experience which both inspires and motivates them to pick up the guitar and never put it down!
