I believe in being "Consistently Correct than Occasionally Brilliant". Teaching is not everyone's cup of Tea, it has to made interesting with examples and samples than bein a stress based process. I prepare my own contents with lot of examples and give tests at every stage to analyze the understanding curve and make changes as and when needed. Another aspect that i follow is to understand the plus and minuses, strengths and understanding level of the candidate and accordingly devise the course structure.
