Hello, I am working in one of the top MNC company as Technical Test Lead and have overall 9+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance Testing (Manual & Automation) and worked on Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing clouds).
Expertise in Salesforce Admin knowledge and provided training sessions to all freshers in our company. Also will support in clearing Salesforce Admin Certification.
Excellent knowledge on Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), it’s methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, V Model and Waterfall Model.
