Nimdek STEMLabs specialise in homeschooling robotics, PCB design(electronics) and 3D printing. As a member of the IoT Network Hub community, we have explored new ways of helping kids in STEM.

When it comes to PCB design, I take students through basic electronics and train them on the use of KiCAD as we advance. Students will have to build a circuit board with components to get marks as we advance. In robotics studies, Lego Spike kits and Mindstorms EV3 are recommended. Student can register for Ghana Robotics Competition as an individual or team up with others. In 3D printing studies, I will take students through 3D modelling softwares and how to build their own structures. Knowledge about 3D printers and type of filaments will be taught. It will be great if a student purchases a 3D printer even though I have a 3D printer of my own to train them.

    ¢80–100/hour (US$5.45–6.82/hour)

    Fee can vary based on distance and hours. If it's about Robotics, it will be advisable for the student to purchase a robotic kit but I can help them do that.
