Personalized yoga classes with particular emphasis over specific muscle or group of muscles. Teaching my juniors biology and yoga for 2 years in Delhi. I strongly believe in nobel laureate saying of 'one teacher one student for betterment of society'. Understanding the need of learner for particular subject and make learner grasp the knowledge gracefully is my strength.
