Salam! My name is Asma. I did my graduation in Zoology from UAJK Muzaffarabad. I got 3.62/4.0 CGPA. I was a position holder in my class. I am an enthusiastic and dedicated tutor with a passion for teaching. I specialize in Science, Biology and Zoology, and I have 4 years (2 years online and 2 years offline) of experience and working with students of different ages and levels. Teaching is not just my profession; it is something I truly enjoy. Helping students grow in their understanding, confidence, and skills is my ultimate goal.
I believe that every student is unique and has their own way of learning. My teaching method focuses on understanding the needs of each student and adapting my lessons accordingly. I explain concepts in simple and clear language, making sure the student fully understands before moving to the next topic. I also use real-life examples, practice exercises, and fun activities to make learning more engaging and effective.
For students who need extra support, I am patient and happy to explain things as many times as necessary. I also encourage students to ask questions, as I believe this is one of the best ways to learn.

  • Teacher (Nov, 2023–Present) at Neelum Secondary School, Azad Kashmir
    Working as a teacher at Neelum Secondary School was a rewarding and fulfilling experience. I had the opportunity to teach Science and Biology to students from Grade 1 to Grade 10. My primary responsibility was to prepare lesson plans that aligned with the curriculum and were tailored to meet the needs of all students. I worked hard to make my lessons interesting and interactive, using activities, discussions, and modern teaching tools to keep students engaged.

    One of my main goals was to support the academic and personal growth of my students. I designed assessments to check their understanding and track their progress. After evaluating their work, I provided helpful feedback to guide them in improving their performance. Beyond academics, I organized activities such as ; debates, science fairs, or art competitions, to help students develop critical thinking, teamwork, and creativity.

    Managing a classroom effectively was another important part of my job. I worked to create a respectful and supportive environment where students felt comfortable expressing themselves and participating in class. I also collaborated with my fellow teachers on projects and initiatives to improve the school’s overall learning experience. Communicating with parents was a key aspect of my role, as it allowed me to share students' progress and involve families in their education.

For example, “I introduced a new teaching method that helped students improve their grades and achieve excellent results”.
