Easy going teacher, lets make learning a fun and informative experience. Lecture based learning, while also giving room for individual learning from the student. Nothing beget success like success.Helping the student understand that s/he is not in a race with others but with himself or herself is the best.
I believe in evaluating students through; open ended questions, quick summaries, peer discussions and quizes.
I also do believe that, diagnostic assessment is a tool for use during class to quickly gain information about the learners’ understanding of the concept they are examining and how we as classroom practitioners are facilitating learning.
