The world is changing quickly and environment sciences and disciplines will be increasingly important. With a background in both English language literacy and earth sciences, engaging lessons that help you understand the concepts and skills to succeed in fields from ecological science to urban planning, human geography to plate tectonics are shared with an approach of inquiry and total learner engagement. I look forward to hearing your goals and teaching you the methods and main topics that will ensure your success. Attentive to your learning style and background knowledge, I readily facilitate tutoring that facilitates your ability to absorb new information and ideas as well as slills like mapping and spatial analysis to examine key issues, gather relevant information and convey key points of understanding. I help students at all levels of academic ability and familiarity in the Earth sciences and certain socioeconomic issues. I grew up in east Africa, the UK, China and Canada and can relate to diverse learners and bring together unifying concepts in a way that connects the topic to the learner, hopefully inspiring deep engagement in the key subjects with a view to how they are relevant to the real world.
