I'm Sylvanie, I'm 25 years old English and French are the first languages of my country. I have a deep connection to French. Between my years of experience teaching children and adults, I have a giant collection of teaching materials to bring the language alive and create a space where you will find motivation, encouragement and confidence as you build your French skills.
This is what I love most about teaching:The patterns and structures of languages,the differences and variation that are natural between regions and speakers, the creativity we can have when learning and teaching a language,watching students of all ages grow as they become more comfortable,having a lesson plan but being flexible to see where things lead.
I work with a tailored plan, lessons 100% personalized and based on your reasons for working on French and your history, a methodology influenced by my experience in teaching and curriculum development. A creativity that comes from exploring language in the classroom and daily life, an encouragement that I know is important based on my own language learning experience.
