I alway take a student centered approach and very keen on learners need
Based on each learner ability and need i device to ensure there is improvement on on area of need.
Both practical approach and demonstration with articulated explaination always work for me to get good results from my learners
At various stages i post some wuiz or challenges to to determine their level of mastery and understanding.
In a situation where the expected scorecard is low i revised with them the same work
