Closure and understanding the capabilities of my students helps me in helping them work on their weaknesses,have a better understanding of their difficult tasks and give them enough motivation to fully unleash their potential.
Appreciating my students also. Gifting most improved, giving them tests helps me also know the progress of their understanding.
