Documentation

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes and workflows.
Collaboration
- Work closely with cybersecurity teams to ensure the safety of IT systems.
- Coordinate with vendors for warranty claims and technical support.
- Support IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
