When I am about to teach, I realize my student life, which kind of mind set students have in there study lives.while some of them do not understand the lecture during the class. because there are many reasons behind;(1) class fellows (2) less time (3) language (4) communication with teacher etc. So first of all I clearly hear
there introduction then start the lecture with no disturbance. I ask them to ask any confusions which they have in there mind. I tell them that during the lecture do disturb,
Mark your questions and confusions then ask after class I will clear all the confusions you have in your mind. Gradually, I give them assignments on weekly basis then check there Performance. I observe some students can not ask questions because they Shay from asking, what class fellows and teacher think about me so I request from those students who can not ask questions kindly be a real brave if you Shay then you can not grow up, then you can not achieve high score. Think about your parents, what do they aspect from you.
