I have done MD in Medicine and have good experience teaching the subject to MBBS students.

Medicine learning can be exciting and fun if rather than focusing on remembering, the focus is put in understanding and application of Medicine in exams and future practice.

I know how difficult it can be to understand and grasp concepts in medical science. Its a constantly ubgrading field and hence it's important not just to pass exams but understand and utilize the concepts of learned Medicine in implementation of the knowledge and contributing to society as a respected professional in perticular field.
