I don't give up on low grade of student if they are not understanding the method or learning process then i 'll go with easy way so that children can easily understand what thay have studied. I never make them feel bore about their study. I take written and oral test so that they can show their performance towards their study, if their report is not progressing then i'll make sure to give my best efforts to make the student progressive. But in these please trust the process n have faitn in me for atleast 1 month
