Hi i am sanjay from West Bengal, I am in teaching profession last 18 year's,
I am a dedicated and passionate educator with a deep commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.

I have trained so many students for jee adv and mains. There are so many mine students got rank below 200 and 500 rank, personal attention will get, I can guide for carrer counseling also. Teaching is my passion.
My key skills are topics of XI and XII are at finger tips and i can teach JEE advanced topics also any time. I had my own strategies to teach students to simply the topics.

I will try make students independent in the learning of subject and improve self confidence to the student.

My teaching philosophy is built on the belief that every student deserves a high-quality education tailored to their needs and interests. I aim to create an environment where students are encouraged to take ownership of their learning and develop the critical thinking skills necessary to thrive both in school and beyond. I emphasize a balance of both academic rigor and emotional support, recognizing that students' mental and emotional well-being is just as important as their intellectual development.

For me, teaching is not just a career but a calling. I am inspired every day by the growth and achievements of my students, and I strive to inspire them to not only succeed academically but also to become compassionate, thoughtful, and responsible individuals.
