Being a teacher for a while now,i use the student centered approach,where i teach as per the learners capability.Iuse problem solving tasks andproject based learning allowing students to explore topics at their own pace.This approach promotes higher engagement,critical thinking and collaboration.Students often retain knowledge better when they can connect it to real world contexts.
Other than that,i have a great passion for teaching,emphathetic and patient.This is important because every student learns at a different pace and ateachers patience allows them to give students time and attention they need especially when they are struggling with concepts.Also understanding students emotional and academic challenges is critical.Compassionate teachers create a safe and supportive environment that make students feel valued and heard.
