Learning should be student centered. My approach involves inquisitive learning from known to unknown with the learner building on the already acquired knowledge. Assignments are given to build on the content covered during the lesson with topical assessment done to investigate whether the objectives have been achieved. My learners are given opportunity to ask questions and interact freely to enhance their understanding. Learners ability is taken into consideration when it comes to the amount of work to be covered within a lesson so that the coverage is guided by the ability of the learner.
