Teacher - learner interaction is key. However, the effectiveness of such interaction is majorly determined by the willingness of the learner and level of expertise of the teacher.
As a teacher, it's crucial to understand the unique needs of the learner, this will facilitate learning. Infact, making every lesson learner-centred ensures that learning objectives are achieved. As a seasoned teacher, I posses great mastery of content, hence can deliver without difficulty. Most importantly, I tend to connect with my learners to make it easy for them to confide in me and share their areas of weakness.
