Hi, I am a competent ESL and public school teacher who can do multitasking and integrates activities in the lesson that can make students engage and interact in the class for a better student learning outcome. English as a medium of instruction works good on me. For me, the most effective way for the students to learn is providing them lessons that can connect to their prior knowledge and with accordance to their level of understanding. Also, it is important to establish a learning environment that the student may feel safe and comfortable. The best teaching methodology is providing your student activities comprising real-world experiences that they can relate and would make them globally competent.
