I am Anuradha Hewagama, a graduate in BA (Hons) Translation Studies from Sabaragamuwa University. I have always had a passion for language and education. During my studies, I developed a strong interest in helping others bridge language gaps, which naturally led me to teaching. I believe teaching is a fulfilling profession where I can inspire students and contribute to their growth. I would first assess the proficiency levels of each student to understand their needs. Then, I would use differentiated instruction by grouping students and tailoring activities accordingly. For example, advanced students could work on more complex tasks while others receive additional support. I would also encourage peer learning so that students can learn from each other.
