My experience in handling students in a kind manner spans 24 years. I have a great deal of interest in the teaching field.I first learn about the student and then choose the teaching methodology that is my approach to teaching. My aim is to motivate and educate students on the importance of developing study habits at home. I include discussions during my class and try to build cooperation between the students so that they can exchange their own ideas and understand different perspectives of the same content.I have lot of knowledge about Sangam literature,Bhakthi illakiyam,Sithar illakiyam, present literature etc..
