I am 21 year old,currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in Primary at the university of botswana.I prefer using the teaching style of a facilitator which prioritizes practically and demonstration rather than the authoritarian style.It is easy to produce good results as most of the people I tutor or teach are university students as I am so relatability does play a factor. My resilience ND determination makes me a phenomenal teacher as I had actually pursued my BGCSE twice after failing and so I can motivate and be patient with my learners.I also believe that it is never to late to be a student as I am a living testimony of that. I work with learners of types:slow and fast learners. My age range allows me to relate and understand my learner's needs
