I am a good listener,a motivator,I use various teaching methodologies such as discussion, presentation, group work if necessary question and answer method, and also various resources for better improvement of my learner.My best interest is when my learner is improving and satisfied with the content.
I also take time to understand my learner's weakness and also their strengths,so that I can know where to start from,what problems need to be solved,how to go about the whole situation and what I would like to achieve from him/ her.
