Under the SBI Fellowhip, I am assigned Seva Mandir as the Partner NGO. I am involved in a one year project on Small Farm Mechanisation as part of Rural Livelihoods under Udaipur Urja Initiatives (community led social enterprise) within Seva Mandir.

n the role of a program coordinator, my responsibilities revolved around coordinating and collaborating with officials of Education Department, SCERTs, key State Universities of assigned States for academic engagement and curriculum development of BEd, MEd, DEd and Social Work courses. The program was called Nai Talim and Rural Community Engagement.
Under the given duration of eight months,
I facilitated 3 Master Trainer Development Programs for Karnataka, Puducherry and Jharkhand with the collaboration of concerned SCERTs
I also facilitated two Faculty Development Programs for Tamil Nadu and Puducherry
In addition to the training programs, I was also involved in conducting Roundtable Discussions and One day Workshops across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
My role in the organisation ended with coordinating, planning and organising for A Two Day National Conference on Nai Talim-Experiential Learning in Hyderabad where all SCERT officials and academicians of key State Universities of all states participated.
