Dr. Md. Ruhul Islam is presently working as an Adjunct Faculty at CDOE, SMU. He served as an IT Consultant: Band A, in Cloud Shine Global LLP, Guwahati, Assam, India. Also worked as a Quality Assurance lead for Radiant Medical System. He also worked for Covalensedigital as a Sr. Software Developer-I. He was working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology. He also worked as a Technical Advisor for Untapd, which is a startup which is under AIC SMUTBIF. He received his B.E (CSE) from VTU, Belgaum, M.Tech (IT) from SMIT, and Ph.D. in (CSE) from SNU, India. He has published more than forty research papers in different International Journals, referred to as International and National Conferences of repute. His research areas are Cloud Computing, Wireless networks, 4G Security, Mobile hoc networking, & Pattern Recognition.
