I have 30 -plus years experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist. After spending a majority of my career in both bedside and management roles, I have focused towards teaching the next generation of respiratory therapists.

MyTeaching Style:

In the classroom, I encourage my students to actively participate in discussion. We spend a good amount of time developing critical thinking strategies so to logically arrive at the right answers and achieve the best results.

Learning Methodology:

Firstly, we focus on establishing a firm understanding of basic respiratory principles. From here, I help my students in determining the underlying pathophysiology. Lastly, I help the student in developing the most appropriate treatments plans.
