As an educator I believe that many can teach well, but the ability to make the students learn and motivate s the greatest strength of a teacher. One of my greatest strength is the ability to provide personalized and adaptive learning experience. I can tailor explanations and resources to meet the individual needs, ensuring complex concepts are broken down into understandable parts. My capacity to answer questions promptly and providing feedback helps facilitate continuous learning and improvement. I have excellent oratory and writing skills. I try to remove the fear of psychosis from the students and give them space and liberty to think of the problem and find solution to it themselves. I often introduce new material by explaining it to the students and then ask the students varied questions about the topic. All the students who have gained knowledge from me are now placed at very high positions in different organizations. I gained accolades and appreciation from many students whom I taught with regards to the personalized attention I gave to each student, connecting the lessons with the real world, understanding their hidden potential and making them aware of those. I believe that the love and respect that I have received from my students during all these years is only because of my good empathetic skills, persistent hard work and gods blessings.
