I have earned Doctorate in Business Administration from Grenoble Ecole De Management, France, in the field Quantitative Behavioral Finance. My thesis has focused on developing a quantitative model for impact of behavioral biases among Arab nationals on investment decision making in the context of UAE market. This is one of the 10 institutes, globally, which have the coveted triple crown accreditation from AMBA, AACSB and Equis for their Doctoral program.

Academic Thesis Supervision Experience
As part of my association with Exceed Business School, I have been assigned as a supervisor for students pursuing Doctoral programs. Currently I am supervising 11 students in their stage 2 doctoral journey.
During my association with Geneva Business School, over the last 9 years, I have supervised more than 70 final year MBA dissertation projects for students under the streams of Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management and Marketing.
For both the Doctoral and MBA I have works with students at different stages of the dissertation journey to guide them on:
a) Finalizing the research proposal with a specific emphasis on formulating crisp research questions to help bridge knowledge gaps in the area of research
b) Analysis of literature review relevant to the research topic to help analyze existing empirical research on the topic and help identify gaps in knowledge.
c) Perioding meetings with students to guide them in using the right methodology and tools for data collection, analysis and presentation of research findings.
d) Be on the panel for thesis defense for students of other supervisors.
