KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lesson Planning & Delivery

Review the curriculum units by the end of the school year for 100% alignment with state standards, integrating a student-centered approach.
Student Engagement & Performance
Increase students' math proficiency on standardized assessments at least 15% higher from the beginning of the academic year through group discussions and personalized lesson plans.
Improve interaction and academic performance among students by at least 20% by utilizing modern digital platforms such as Google Classroom, Coursera, and Khan Academy.
Mentorship & Academic Support
Mentor a minimum of 10 students per term, contributing toward increasing their academic performance and active class participation by at least 20%, particularly among final-year students.
Provide personalized academic support, with a focus on retaining students and preparing them for university.
Interdisciplinary Projects
Design and lead interdisciplinary projects at the end of each term in collaboration with colleagues to ensure that there is a 25% increase in comprehension in core subjects such as chemistry.
Extra- Extracurricular Activities
Assist in organizing and conducting musical performances in liaison with the music department, ensuring 35% student participation in music-related activities, with the incorporation of technology to enhance creativity.
Collaboration & Professional Development

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Education Science, majoring in Mathematics and Chemistry
Experience: Over 1 year of teaching experience in a secondary school, with experiences in integrating technology into the lessons and driving student performances.
SKILLS
Proficient in digital platforms, including but not limited to Google Classroom, Khan Academy, and Coursera.
Outstanding classroom management, creating an inviting, inquiry-based learning environment.
A collaborative team player who will work with the music and support departments.
Excellent communication skills that inspire students with creative and student-centered teaching methods.
Strong organizational and project management skills, balancing multiple responsibilities.
