     Mentorship & Academic Support
    Mentor a minimum of 10 students per term, contributing toward increasing their academic performance and active class participation by at least 20%, particularly among final-year students.

Fee details

    KSh1,000–3,000/hour (US$7.75–23.25/hour)

    • Teachers who demonstrate significant improvements in student performance may be eligible for performance-based bonuses or higher fees, such as improving student test scores by a certain percentage.
    • The position allows flexibility, and the fees would vary depending on whether the teacher is employed full-time or part-time.
    • Teachers who take on leadership roles or additional responsibilities, e.g. curriculum revision and leadership
