The dedication and hard work and accepting students as of how they are because each student is of different potential and I accept them as they are. I try to help students learn the language in an innovative method and try make the class enjoyable rather than feeling difficult. School syllabus can be helped during the session and hindi spoken language can be motivated. I believe in live demo rather than a worksheet. I feel that I could make students like the subject and initiate themselves in learning process .
