I am a positive oriented teacher who believes each learner has great potential whether disabled or not. I am a teacher whose major strength is building strong bonds with her learners. In the past I have been able to identify the learners strengths and this helped in even knowing their weaknesses and working on them as well as developed in their I.E.Ps. My best methodology of teaching that has worked for me as a teacher is one on one session with the individual learner. I have been able to make record of intergrading 5 learners after 1 academic year into regular classrooms.
