In my teaching, we first go through the topic as a summary to ensure understanding, then we write notes on whatever we have learnt and the learner to close the book after and tell me what he or she has understood as I correct them.
My methodology involves mostly things a child can see because it's hard to forget what they have seen so we will watch videos,diagrams and even songs.
What makes me a good teacher is that l encourage the learner if they do a great job,we do CATs and I put his/her needs before mine.
I will deliver the best and after a while both their grades and morale will improve for my subjects.
My results will clearly be seen within the first 2 weeks of a minimum of 2 hours each day.
