I am dedicated n always determined to help my students achieve success. My ability is to simplify complex things n keep my students well motivated to learn. I always prepare myself before teaching my students. I believe content n delivery are two important components of teaching. I have attended numerous trainings on teaching methods, pedagogy, Bloom's taxonomy n case study method.My personal teaching interest is in reading comprehension, phonetics and grammar.I am founder of alkousar online academy I also run my own school.
