My teaching method quite different, i think study something like share knowledge nothing about force to do. i would like to teach students in there way simply. using film dialogues, stories. student teacher matching vibes make good results in their studies. never bully, or make them awkward, no difference between students may weak in studies or excellent.. everybody has a intelligence that different from each other, no punishments, try to impart human values, try to convince exams or tests never determine your life and try to find their ambition and stay with it
