I prefer teaching my students through innovative methods and utterly do not support rote memorization. I feel a bond with the teacher makes the learning process more interesting and more productive. I prefer children responses over my own to help them understand themselves and their leaning in a best ways possible. I genuinely prefer to children do it themselves through hands on activities or quizzes for recap so that they can be self aware of their progress. My teaching style is gentle teaching with patience as to help child efficiently and let the child learn at his or her own pace.
